Annual Giving

Annual gifts received by St. John’s helps to provide support to not only scholarships but the classroom, athletic fields, and enhancement to cadet life.

Cadets are the primary beneficiary as these donations and gifts help to provide support that is just not possible through tuition alone.

Gifts donated can be designated to a specific area or by a specific criteria, however, unrestricted gifts allow the school’s leadership to apply funds to more urgent areas of need. All gifts are tax deductible by law.

    Endowed Scholarships

Endowed Scholarships given to St. John’s start at $10,000. Scholarships, both merit and need-based, are an ongoing opportunity for support of cadets at St. John’s. An endowed scholarship may be set up by a donor starting with a minimum gift of $10,000. The endowed fund is run by the St. John’s Military School endowment committee and commingled with other endowed funds to maximize investment earnings. Each fund is tracked individually and the annual earnings provide scholarship aid or aid to existing programs. Several endowed scholarships exist at St. John’s and donors may choose to contribute to these in lieu of creating their own endowment. Please contact Ryan Storck at 785-309-5407 or at with any questions on how to make an endowment gift.
